Abstract:

Gender difference is a topic that has been studied in different social circles where women participate these days, one of these surroundings is the organizational. The objective of the present article is to show, the perception of three persons that has directive positions on RSE programs in capitalist enterprises about women and occupations inequality. The data was taken from a case study through a semi-structured showed that the women`s personal conditions generate different opportunities to reach directive charges.
