Se presentan en este articulo los avances de una investigacion orientada a identificar y proponer una ruta para analizar la interaccion entre las variables del capital humano y del capital relacional y/o social como componentes del capital intelectual (CI), y determinar su incidencia en la generacion de valor en una organizacion. Para ello se realizo una busqueda de articulos en diferentes bases de datos. Los principales resultados de la revision conducen a que, mediante un correcto direccionamiento de las relaciones entre los capitales humano y relacional y/o social, la organizacion tendra capacidad para crear valor, constituyendo asi una ventaja competitiva de alto significado. Esto permite que la identificacion y medicion de las variables del capital humano (CH) y del capital relacional (CR) y/o capital social (CS), asi como la valoracion de ambos como activos intangibles, o desde otra mirada, como la capacidad de generar activos tangibles en sus interrelaciones, representan una interesante area de trabajo para futuras investigaciones. Interaction between variables of human capital and relational capital for the generation of organizational value Abstract This article presents the advances of research aimed at identifying and proposing a path to analyze the interaction between the variables of human capital and relational and / or social capital as components of intellectual capital (IC), and determine its incidence in the generation of value in an organization. For this, a search of articles in different databases was carried out. The main results of the review lead to the fact that, by correctly addressing the relationships between human and relational and / or social capital, the organization will have the capacity to create value, thus constituting a highly significant competitive advantage. This allows the identification and measurement of the variables of human capital (HC) and relational capital (RC) and / or social capital (SC), as well as the valuation of both as intangible assets, or from another perspective, such as the capacity of generating tangible assets in their interrelations, represent an interesting area ofwork for future research.
