En este articulo se presenta el analisis de la calidad de un instrumento psicometrico para evaluar las Condiciones Objetivas del Trabajo de caracter tecnologico, organizacional, social, economico o personal, con las que se relaciona el individuo y que pueden afectar positiva o negativamente la salud, el bienestar, el desempeno o el desarrollo personal o colectivo en la organizacion. En este proceso de verificacion psicometrica se revisa la calidad de los items disenados de acuerdo con su capacidad de discriminacion y la asociacion con su variable. Se calculo el nivel de confiabilidad y se exploro su validez de construccion a partir del analisis factorial. Los datos obtenidos a traves de estos metodos de verificacion mostraron resultados favorables. En general se aprecio una capacidad de discriminacion de los items satisfactoria, indices de correlacion Item-Test altos y significativos, niveles de confiabilidad adecuada y una estructura factorial que confirma la existencia de las dimensiones inicialmente planteadas y la validez de construccion de la escala. Adicionalmente, se identifico un nuevo factor referido a los prescriptores del cargo. Abstract This article presents the quality analysis of a psychometric instrument that evaluates the technological, organizational, social, economical or personal Objective Work Conditions which the individual is related to and that can affect positive or negatively the health, the well-being, the performance or the personal or collective development in the organization. In this process of psychometric verification, the quality of the items designed is reviewed according to their discrimination capacity and the association with its variable. The trustworthiness level was calculated and its validity of construction from the factorial analysis was explored. The data collected through these verification methods showed favorable results. In general, it was appraised satisfactory capacity of discrimination of the items, high and significant Item-Test correlation indexes, suitable levels of trustworthiness and a factorial structure that confirms the existence of the dimensions initially presented and the validity of the scale construction. Additionally, it was identified a new factor referred to the prescribers of the position.
