Presently, in the different sectors of the Colombian economy, there becomes visible the need to invest time and money in the most vital resource of the organization: the human resource. In this way, coaching, due to be a process that lately is being applied in the different Colombian and international organizations with head offices in Colombia to develop and promote the competitions of its collaborators, needs a leader coach with enough competitions, principally the communicative ones, to carry out it and to do monitoring. Consequently, in this degree work there will be investigate the competitions that the organizational communicator has and its possible compatibility with those that a leader coach needs, to make effective a process of coaching. Taking into account that the main competition that this professional should have is the effective communication, and this one is undoubtedly the key that has any organization to go so far as to fulfill its targets, therefore, the organizacional communicator has the facility to creating conversational enviroments and generate reflection and feedback, where the communication between the members of the company is direct and responsible and has the intention of achieving that emotional and labor well-being.
