The following work gathers and analyzes the general economic variables and indexes of the last 20 years between Colombia and Mexico, this information allows shaping a solid comparative base, intended to know the time evolution and current positioning of both economies. Likewise, the work presents a concise informative panorama about the relevant topics of the FTA that links them. Finally, the works develops an analysis of specific indexes related with the competitiveness concept, enabling the determination of the real level of both countries in this matter.
