Percepción de estudiantes, docentes, administrativos y directivos del Programa Ciencias del deporte y La Recreación sobre el factor misión y proyecto institucional
The spirit to generate a culture of the constant improvement in the quality of the education offered in each one of its programs, is what it has motivated to the Technological University of Pereira to give the importance that is deserved to the autoevaluacion processes which they are made there. The program Sciences of Sports and Recreation and in their attempt of being a program leader in the constant search of the recognition of the educative quality looks from an investigation process, the identification of the process of autoevaluacion with aims of re accreditation; this project is precisely with reference to the factors Mission and Institutional Educative Project. All the self-evaluation process consisted of several factors and his respective investigator, simultaneously of several stages, the first stage was of promotion to present the self-evaluation process and the times of this process to the university community, second it was the phase of sensitization in where, with dynamic and playful campaigns let know the why and the how of all the project of autoevaluation of the program, the third stage was the one of the accomplishment of the survey for the university community, in itself this is the stage of the autoevaluation of the program, and the fourth phase was the one of analysis of results, conclusions and recommendations, this was the stage of the discussion and exchange of information with the coinvestigator. The observed thing during all this experience was that the mission of Technological University of Pereira is recognized by most of the people who do the survey, which suggests that have existed mechanisms for the spreading of the mission and so that of the institution, nevertheless it is a work which do not finish, always exist groups that do not know it and logically they do not include/understand it nor they share it. The spreading on, is task that Technological University of Pereira does not have to give by finalized, because it is a space of much cognitive interchange and is necessary to cause that the substantive function is known that is, his institutional mission, because more of the third part of the students, (36.7%), more than half of the educational ones (64.1%), and the total of administrative and the directors, they recognize the mission of of Pereira and more than half of the students and the educational ones, (59.9%) and (62%) respectively, half of the directors and the total of the administrative ones, share totally this institutional mission. As for as the referring thing to Institutional Educative Project, is observed that there is an ignorance of it by a part of a good amount of students and educationals, this demonstrates that although there are strategies of diffusion of these spaces, it has to be more, to obtain a greater knowledge specially in the students. Thus a greater participation in the construction of the Educative Project of their Program will be obtained; this must be a goal that the institution must obtain, the function to construct the educative north of Technological University of Pereira must be a work of all and not by a few.
