The research sought to identify the perception of bullying in students of a public school in the city of Pereira, from their behavior in teaching breaks. The population was secondary education students, teachers and administrative; the research is qualitative phenomenological design collection techniques were not participant observation and sema-structured interviews, the selection of the sample was theoretical and intentional. The data analysis method was proposed in 1996, Taylor & Bogdan. The results showed that bullying is most identified with actions psychological, situations that most reported are physical, the most likely place for the appearance are the breaks, classrooms, victims and observers are those who count most situations and make teachers and administrative and grades with children and / or younger youth are more to be where the phenomenon occurs.
