This report describes the research process undertaken during the years 2013-2015, in the Educational Institution Francisco Luis Valderrama, the higher education population of the official sector in the municipality of Turbo, Antioquia; where it is part of the analysis of the relationship between people with disabilities in the city in contrast with little or no presence of students in disability status in the referenced school. Therefore, and in order to establish the relationship between disability and social justice within the framework of the policy of inclusive education in that institution, a research job with a qualitative design it arises through the ethnographic method; where they were observed and contextualize the practices and experiences within the school through surveys, interviews and participant observation; in contrast with the theoretical, legal and documentary concerning disability in the educational context mentioned, in order to make a diagnosis of institutional strengths and weaknesses regarding inclusive education for people in disability status; and further contribute to the creation of documentation for the context that serves as a starting point for future interventions or support in institutional and municipal policy regarding the designated theme.
