This investigation established as main objective to determine the characteristics of the entrepreneurial profile of the graduates of the Master of Business Administration from the Autonoma University of Manizales. The research reflects a descriptive correlational design, the sample was made by the group of graduates of the Master of Business Administration of the Autonoma University of Manizales. After the preparation of the final report and the purpose of the research is to suggest curriculum changes mastery according to the methodology of evaluation of Babson College. The results show a high development in social, individual and psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur profile of graduates of the Master of Business Administration, where the contribution of academy to the consolidation of the profile is recognized by strengthening dimensions such as autonomy, decision making, responsibility, creativity, leadership, teamwork, solidarity, need for achievement and risk minimization.
