Within the outskirts towns of the Bogota have dichotomies between regional pressures, due to occupancy's models and territorial development for the execution of certain kind of activities and the occupancy of rural land with these and environmental determinant of soil protection by agrologic classes, to conserve soils with high agrological capacity- This study analyzed the impact of LMP's review formulations and adjustments as an model of territorial occupancy of rural land, which was generated by the incorporation of environmental determinant of soil protection by agrological classification on the outskirt's towns of Bogota, through the model of territorial occupancy of rural land analysis, before and after such incorporation, in the review formulation's and Land Management Plan adjustment's process, from the case study of Tenjo town, which was chosen for its environmental characteristics, geographic location and for being the implementing model of such determinant, due to its multiple review processes and LMP s adjustment, before and after the incorporation of environmental determinant of soil protection by agrological classification in 2007. After the development of the different objectives and analyzing the results of each chapters of this investigation, it was determined the incidence of the environmental determinant of soil protection by agrologic classes in the review formulation's and Land Management Plan adjustment's process, as model of territorial occupancy.
