In the following document the use of stereoscopic vision techniques to analyze symmetry and facial proportions is explored. Initially some points of the face, measurements and proportions between them, which are of interest in certain health areas using facial anthropometry, such as phonoaudiology. Subsequently, a presentation of the principles and techniques of stereo vision used is done. By using these techniques a prototype of software that let you select points of interest in the image is designed, which are captured by a pair of stereo cameras tuned to perform the calculations through appropriate algorithms. The algorithms allow us to determine the distances between points and the required proportions. Prototype testing is performed in both objects of simple geometry and facial geometry. The results are analyzed and a discussion of the possibilities of the tool is developed.
