Esta investigacion cualitativa tuvo como proposito conocer las practicas que el profesor realiza con los ninos de padres divorciados. La informacion se recolecto a traves de entrevistas semiestructuradas a 30 padres y 15 profesores. Se encontro que, aunque los profesores de secundaria consideran que deben remitir al estudiante al departamento de orientacion del colegio, quisieran ejecutar otras acciones, mas alla de lo que indica la norma, las cuales no ejecutan por miedo a ser malinterpretados. Los de preescolar y primaria son mas afectuosos, estan pendientes de ellos. Es importante hablar con los padres a fin de comprender la problematica que esta viviendo el nino al interior del hogar. Se concluye que la capacitacion de los profesores frente a este tema es necesaria para que puedan ofrecer un mayor apoyo a estos ninos. Abstract This qualitative research aimed to know the practices that the teacher performs with children of divorced parents.The information was collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 parents and 15teachers. It was found that secondary school teachers, although they considered that they must refer students to the school guidance department, wanted to execute actions beyond the indicating norm, expressions that do not run for fear of being misunderstood. The preschool and primary school are more affectionate; they are awaiting them.It is important to talk to parents in order to understand the problems that are living inside the child`s home. It is concluded that training of teachers facing this issue is necessary in order to provide greater support to these children.
