By analyzing the descriptive method, vetting and surveys, both financial feasibility studies was developed as a business to define the evaluation of the project to create a line of security service. A marketing study was conducted through surveys to managers in government agencies involved locally North Zone- Suba whose expertise mentioned evaluative criteria to the viability of the project with respect to technology and education for the definition of potential customers; Also the behavior of competition in the sector and evacuation alarms and potential customers from the public schools of the sector was analyzed. From the research results they showed feasibility of the project in the field of security, since it has not been fully explored in the field of educational institutions giving opening to meet the needs of potential customers.
