The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the practice classroom pacts than (as) teachers in basic primary school San Antonio de Padua of Pereira and reveal the relationships with the proposal articulated citizenship skills cognitive, affective, communicative and inclusive of the Ministry of National Education (2004), from a socio-critical evidenced in the theoretical reference that is supported by three conceptual categories (living standard covenants, citizenship skills and educational practice). The research methodology is based on a qualitative approach and a strategy uses ethnography that seeks to understand and describe the realities of the subjects in a human context in the case of the Educational Center San Antonio de Padua in relation to their coexistence, with the oriented strategy description of contexts, the interpretation of them to reach understanding, dissemination of findings, and, ultimately, improving the educational reality. The scenario underlying research, facilitates understanding of methodological and conceptual components reflective about the context in which they remember the rules of behavior in the classrooms of this institution and the way they are set up in a practice that has influence on the formation of skills citizens.
