The aim of this article is to offer a proposal for 'education from the otherness' starting from the dialogic thought. Based on this one, some concepts are taken in order to determine the principles, the main actors, the pedagogical practicum, the teaching-learning method and the pedagogical contents; essential factors in nature formation. Furthermore, the contributions to education of these three thinkers: Dussel, Freire and Skliar are kept in mind, to whom the active role of otherness is essential in any educational process. As a conclusion it can be said that authentic education is the one what is made from the 'otherness' in the universe of dialogic relationships.
