The following Project propounds a logistics management model focused on the operational processes’ optimization at L&S Capital S.A common carrier. In order to solve operational failures, which affect seriously customer service quality. Also guarantee continuous improvement. At first, a diagnosis was done checking operational processes and their difficulties, resources, types of services and initial level of service. Then, company’s previous information, direct observation and data taken from customers and from diagnosis were analyzed to compare present situation with the target one. Subsequently, improvement opportunities were defined and executed according to feasibility informed by Company Management, besides this, proposals of simulation tools were presented. Finally results came out along implemented improvement actions and final recommendations.
