The overall objective of this project is to develop model Transportation System Fleet Portal Feeder 80 on Transmilenio SA particularly if the route named Cortijo using System Dynamics DS., establishing the system service indicators that establish improvement actions within it. This paper presents an analysis of the general behavior that exists in the fleet portal feeder fleet of 80, where the main variable is the time of service users in the system, focusing mainly on the user's waiting time for access the service and the travel time of the fleet to their destination. Furthermore, we analyzed different Controllable and uncontrollable factors affecting the performance of these indicators to provide strategies for improvement. The model allows decisions and generate strategies for political, economic, social contributing to service improvement, and optimization demand coverage of every fleet capacity feeder.
