Estableciendo inicialmente los antecedentes que sirven de escenario para el surgimiento del concepto de inteligencia emocional, se exponen algunas ideas sobre esta dimension humana y su importancia en el ambito educativo, entendiendo este desde una mirada organizacional. Seguidamente, se justifica, asi, el desarrollo de investigaciones que expliquen y comprendan la dinamica surgida de la relacion entre las dos instancias, para desarrollar un nuevo campo de estudios cientificos desde la psicologia educativa. Abstract This article intends to expose, initially, some ideas about the concept of emotional intelligence and the importance of this human dimension within the educational environment, understanding it from an organizational view. At the end, it justifies the development of researches that explain and comprehend the dynamics originated from the relationship between both dimensions. This is to develop a new field of scientific studies from the educational psychology.
