This work has as main objective level perform, demonstrate the process by which the implementation was performed management system occupational Health and Safety in JFP JAFERPA SAS, a company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of auto parts and rubber parts, framed on the parameters set by the OHSAS 18001, and requirements regarding methodology, defined mainly policy and objectives, planning, implementation, operation and verification, which finally allow compliance with company standards in relation to the reduction of occupational hazards, accidents and diseases. This implementation was achieved after conducting an initial assessment of safety and occupational health, in line with the requirements of the standard and the requirements of national supervisory bodies, meeting all requirements through a plan implementation of the project, reducing the risks and dangers arising from the production plants, for activities and tasks from the manufacture of products. As a result of this work, we present the required documents, such as protocols occupational health and safety, procedures, records and formats, which, as it were implemented showed that the management of the company performed and which improved work practices are providing an important tool for enterprise management decision making and continuous improvement.
