It is clear that the norms were created for standardization and organization of any type of process. That is why the Norma Tecnica ISO 9001:2008 was created, for the standardization of the processes within the organizations, with the purpose of creating a Quality Management System that would improve and organize the way an organization is structured. Such System will provide the ability to control all the processes and everything that occurs within the said organization, in order to work towards a continuous improvement and be able to increase the productivity and the commitment to the client. For this reason, this work is a structuring of the Quality Management System in the bakery and pastry shop Mi PONQUE, based on the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2008 norm. Found here are the norm requirements, applied to the company, and they include: the documentation of the processes, Quality Management System, Resource Management, Product Development, Measurement, Analysis, and Improvement. Also found is everything that refers to the corrective and preventive actions that need to be applied for a continuous improvement. This will guarantee the competitiveness of MI PONQUE against other companies in the market and will guide it towards a successful growth.
