This graduation project is bases on the need to develop the safety management system on Formaestibas and Fitoembalajes S.A.S. Nowadays international regulations have been issued with specific requirements for the protection of each of the company’s processes and the most excellent critical infrastructures. One of the most important achievements of the process was it guaranteed a systematic structure of the supply chain management. Increased revenues generated inside the organization, handling of logistical processes, the control of inputs and outputs, raw materials and final products control , the default levels decreased of the enterprise goods supplied as with the logistics chain obstruction. This is all part of the risk assessment ISO 28000 and ISO 28001, alignment with this certification. Thanks to the project the companies identify indicators as a measurement system that provides to the company, a correct path is to meet established targets.
