The document known as “The Park Management Plan Municipal Natural Arrayanal-Barcinal, Municipality of Mistrato, Risaralda Department, aims to Develop a proposal for management and administration of environmental management of P.M.N.A that generates elements technical, strategic and managerial knowledge, planning and sustainable development of the study area, this is the starting point of the structure of the unit of analysis, which defines synergies, signs and instruments of collection and analysis of information which leads to the definition of the methodology, where they develop the specific objectives of the Plan, identifying times, processes, techniques and instruments, obtaining results of research and study as is the Environmental Assessment, which contains description of biophysical, socio-economic, cultural, goods and services offered , another result is the socio-spatial analysis shows an evaluation and analysis units and defines specific mapping of the area; the environmental analysis allows to obtain other results such as the strategic part of the plan, as defined by some strategic choices and plan visional scheme, which leads to the Action Plan, outlining the programs and projects, the document contains possible mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation of management. Finally conclusions are described inherent to managing and developing the area and concluded that its new perimeter defined urban area includes the municipality, which gives rise to new figures proposition land use, as it can be a part of conservation plan or urban biosphere reserve.
