This research document was done in the Major´s office of Dosquebradas, its main objective is to identify if the different ways of hiring used by this organization have any kind of impact in the work environment inside the corporation and thus we can know which are the variable affecting it, once identified such variables, an improvement plan will be designed to increase all the employees’ work conditions without taking into account the type of contract they have. Using the acquired knowledge in my career, I design a measuring instrument which allows us to know employees’ point of view in front of their organization as their work place; to do this, I will use a survey with full-time employees and part-time employees and thus we can identify if the way of hiring affects directly the work environment and belonging sense employees have with Major’s office of Dosquebradas. With the obtained data through polls problematic variable were identified, to which an improvement plan was designed with the aim of strengthening and guaranteeing work conditions that allow create a pleasant environment.
