Una etapa fundamental del proceso de formacion de los psicologos, tanto en el nivel de pregrado como de posgrado, son las practicas profesionales; en esta etapa que corresponde a un ciclo de formacion en el que se complementa la instruccion teorica con la practica, es donde se presentan mas transformaciones de tipo actitudinal e intelectual, que le permiten al sujeto integrarse o no, en los ambitos diversos del quehacer laboral del psicologo. La supervision es uno de los pilares del trabajo profesional del psicologo; adquiere caracteristicas diferentes en funcion del ambito de intervencion. Desde el dispositivo de supervision se trabaja con el equipo como grupo, abordando los conflictos interpersonales, favoreciendo la interdisciplinariedad, la mirada intercultural y en especial como interface entre procesos terapeuticos y formativos, se trabaja estimulando la coproduccion investigativa y la mirada reflexiva acerca de las propias implicancias en la tarea. Abstract One of the fundamental stages in the process of psychology studies, both in graduate and undergraduate level, is the practicum or internship, as it complements the theoretical education with the practice and because most of the intellectual and attitude transformations take place there. The practicum allows the subjects to integrate or not to the different scenarios in the job of psychology. Supervision is one of the building blocks of the psychologist’s professional work; it acquires different characteristics according to the intervention scenario. From the supervising device, the group works as a team, facing the interpersonal conflicts, favoring interdisciplinary work, the intercultural perspective and especially as the interface between therapeutic and educational processes. It is developed stimulating collaborative research and a thoughtful look about the personal implications in the task. Keywords: Psychology, Supervision, Team Work, Co-Production.
