Este texto hace una reflexion sobre el conocimiento pedagogico aplicado sobre el programa de tecnologia en radiologia e imagenes diagnosticas. Los docentes del programa lo realizaron en el marco del modulo de fundamentacion pedagogica y curricular. Es producto de la experiencia propia, la observacion, la discusion y el analisis de diferentes autores que citan la pedagogia y sus practicas, asi mismo se conceptualizo la practica de ensenanza-aprendizaje. Se puso hincapie en los conceptos de la pedagogia, la ensenanza, la educacion y la didactica, fundamentos teoricos que toman en cuenta el desarrollo personal 13 y profesional de los docentes. El curriculo se retroalimento interactuando con el estudiante y el entorno. Abstract This paper was intended to make an informed analysis of the pedagogic knowledge applied in the technology program in radiology and diagnostic images ade by the group of teachers from the same program, under the reasoning module teaching and curriculum, through the experience, observation, discussion nd analysis of different authors who cite the pedagogy and practices. It was conceptualized on teaching and learning practices taking the concepts of pedagogy, teaching, education and teaching, as key elements to take into account the personal and professional development of teachers, their interaction with the student and the environment, so; that can be fed back into the curriculum.
