This work came from the question how is the climate of the municipal administration of Santa Rosa de Cabal and what should be its improvement plan? General objective was therefore identify the current conditions in the labour climate in the municipal administration of Santa Rosa de Cabal and propose a plan to improve this. A descriptive, transversal quantitative research development since measured labour climate conditions and described their levels of presentation in 133 people belonging to various Secretaries and existing hierarchical levels. The instrument was 18 weather that measures 18 factors or variables to evaluate the work atmosphere, c. Developed measurement variables were appreciation for workers, relations with heads, heads, relationships between colleagues and bosses, relations with the team work, motivation towards results and change, risk and wellbeing, relations ideas justice at work, monitoring and remediation, teamwork, remuneration, sense of belonging, appreciation for the work, consultation and participation, leadership, communication, satisfaction with the resources, structure and rules. Results oriented approach to improvement plan which originates from the reflection undertaken in each area and according to the results have been found and socialized.
