Resumen En este articulo se presenta la Programacion Neurolinguistica (PNL) como herramienta para la comunicacion asertiva, senalando la importancia de incorporarla en las estrategias pedagogicas de las Instituciones de Educacion. Esta reflexion se fundamenta en el pensamiento de Richard Churches y Roger Terry, reflejado en su libro PNL para Profesores . La PNL contribuye a alcanzar el objetivo de la Pedagogia, formar personas, ya que gracias a la PNL los estudiantes pueden adquirir y desarrollar habilidades que optimizan los resultados en los procesos de ensenanza-aprendizaje, ayuda a fortalecer la confianza y la autoestima del estudiante, generando una alta motivacion por aprender. Ademas permite estudiar las maneras de recoger, procesar y codificar la informacion en la mente del alumno. Abstract This article presents Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as an assertive communication tool, noting the importance of incorporating it into the teaching strategies of Education Institutions. This analysis is based on Richard Churches and Roger Terry’s previous work: NLP for Teachers. NLP helps to achieve pedagogical goals, which is educating people, thanks to helping students to acquire and develop skills that optimize outcomes of teaching and learning processes; it also helps building confidence and self-esteem of students, creating high motivation to learn.
