This work describes the system documentation of the quality management of the company: Drugstore San Carlos in the Pereira city, such documentation is made up by the quality manual, the manual functions and procedures manual, and a diagnosis of documentation exist in the company at the time of starting the documentation and the design of the strategic planning.
