Quality, has become a prerequisite for survival in a highly competitive market and a requirement for public entities as required by law 872 of 2003. Therefore public entity wishing to stay in the market should provide quality assurance and reliability of the services offered using as a strategic means to achieve their goals management system standards-based quality ISO 9001:2008 Y NTC GP1000:2009. This project aims to, structure a system of quality management and governance in the Hospital San Vicente de Paul Mistrato, based on the guidelines of the rules ISO 9001:2008 Y NTC GP1000:2009, meeting all their requirements through the documentation of the elements 4. System Quality Management, 5. Management Responsibility, 6. Resource Management, 7. Product Realization, 8. Measurement, analysis and improvement. With this project, also intended to measure, continually monitor and improve the quality of services, applied when necessary corrective and preventive measures to achieve it. This documentation is a way for the hospital to achieve the goals proposed based on a culture of quality and continuous improvement which can ensure competitiveness and stay in the market.
