With this work is intended to design and implement a model of job performance, which would promote in Busscar de Colombia S.A., the development of an organizational culture based on teamwork, empowerment, leadership and effective communication. Also improve standards of product quality, motivation of the staff and cost reduction. The project is to create a scenario for all staff, where the self is its main feature, and build the road to high performance. Busscar de Colombia S.A., is the company which carried out this experience, and for that purpose provided the Department of Painting. The model consists of four stages defined as follows: Simple, which makes the start of the model. formation of teams and defining roles and responsibilities. Initial implementation, is also known as the second stage of crisis, because here are all kinds of conflicts, rising to occur natural selection of members, due to the new situation they face, being the most important change of paradigm and mental structures. The third was named: Definition and Standardization, as after the previous phase is standardized and documented the process lived, with the aim of opening the door to the next stage of self-named because at this level members working as a true team , Make their own decisions and generate improvements constantly. You can appreciate that each stage has its own peculiarities and characteristics that are required to comply with the sequential process. The objective review of the tasks and their interdependence is essential for the formation of the teams. Deploying teams of high-performance, suggesting, among other things: a serious commitment of top management, changing roles throughout the organization especially for supervisors and middle management and allocation of responsibilities.
