From there the standard aplication ISO 9001:2015 it is a posibility for the company LUMICENTRO produce all the necesary quality assurance and the compliance requirement of the documentary under the standard thereby opening new markets, capturing new customers and the renewal process of the company, during the aplication of the principles, guidelines and requirements. This Project aims to document a quality management system in the company LUMICENTRO based on the requirements established in the standard ISO 9001:2015; ensuring compliance with its requirements through the documentation Of the elements that are thereby made. In this way the purpose of the Project is in the measurement, control and continuously improve the service quality of the company through the marketing of the products.
