The purpose guiding this research focuses on analyzing the promotion of learning through the use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT), highlighting the new requirements for teachers as a promoter of learning with the support of technology from components key in the training function, assuming the leading role of the student as the main actor in the construction of learning. The methodological process developed corresponds to a documentary study consisted of the review of bibliographic sources and the corresponding content analysis of the ideas raised by Landeau (2012), Gomez and Vazquez (2011), Martin (2008), among others. It is emphasized in conclusion that the promotion of learning through the use of ICT in the educational context is a tool that enables teachers to access knowledge dynamic and creative way.
