Lineamientos estratégicos para la gestión cultural ambiental como aporte al plan decenal de educación ambiental de Risaralda y al plan de manejo del proyecto paisaje cultural cafetero colombiano
This work was done in order to propose strategic guidelines for environmental management as a contribution to cultural Ten-Year Plan for Environmental Education in Risaralda strengthening and enabling interagency and intersectoral coordination in the program area 14 - architectural and archaeological heritage, and the Management Plan Coffee Cultural Landscape Project as an input to the instrument of protection, planning and management - Cultural Landscape Management Plan Cafetero, project led by the Ministry of Culture, the Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia, the Governor's Alma Mater and the CARs. These guidelines are the result of the investigative process which was carried out according to the methodology with a participatory approach, proposal, initially made a diagnosis of the different municipal development plans, Plans of Land Management and Environmental Agendas municipalities Risaralda in the light of sectoral policies on Education, Environment, Culture and Territory in the framework of environmental education in front of the cultural heritage, in addition to achieving the objectives, are considered some holotypes posed by the Research holistic within each time research, for it within the diagnosis was also necessary, visits to some of the managers and actors involved in the subject in each municipality (education, core directors, Houses of Culture, Libraries, Museums, teachers, students and ordinary people, with the aim to recognize the processes developed in environmental education as cultural and architectural heritage and archeology. These inputs allow us to test, evaluate and analyze the data collected in interviews, life histories and questionnaires, after the application of these tools, we worked with the SWOT matrix, which identified weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. This process facilitated the identification of problems and therefore the recognition of environmental issues in the department of Risaralda, on the issue of architectural and archaeological heritage in the context of environmental education. As a result of this process methodological guidelines for the management of strategic environmental and cultural contribution to the Ten-Year Plan for Environmental Education in Risaralda and Management Plan Project Coffee Cultural Landscape, that empower people to positive values and attitudes to heritage cultural, architectural and archaeological, at Community level, interagency and intersectoral.
