This work was interested in developing a methodology under Project management guidelines formulated by the PMI companies engaged in the financial sector here is ATH around the clock, in order to obtain the degree as a specialist Project Management. The successful execution of projects allows the achievement of the strategic planning of organizations and in this sense the PMI provides a set of guidelines considered in the PMBOK, but for application development methodology is required with defined tools, processes tailored to the needs, templates, formats and steps in project management. With the development of a diagnosis of the state of art in the organization, followed by a preliminary analysis to unify concepts, tools and techniques in order to move to the design phase of the methodology and processes that make up the project from the same time an idea to delivery structure in operation, obtaining planned costs and benefits.
