This paper work is the result of the documentation and implementation of Quality Management Systems requirements NTC ISO 9001:2008 in COMERCIALIZADORA OKA SAS, it emerges as a need from the organization to formalize its processes and have a benchmark of quality and customer service to its suppliers, customers, employees and other stakeholders. In the same way this paper work was developed by the organization, because the national and international market standards are required to be considered competitive, value-added to products and services, thus ensuring the quality, transparency and security in its products and activities. The type of investigation is descriptive, which “expect to highlight the characteristics of the situation or the object of study”. All the elements and the variables were identified on the Quality management system of the company, and as well as the relationship with each processes of the study done on the paper work. As a proposal to formalize the organization as a system process, defining from the needs six processes: 2 managers processes, 3 missionary processes and 1 support process, all the records, documents and formats were documented. This work was made to show the employees from COMERCIALIZADORA OKA SAS, how important quality work is and to focus on the customer. As a tool to facilitate the implementation of a quality management system, I created a quality manual which contains the summary of the documents implemented in the organization, as well as the scope of the whole system and the company’s strategic direction.
