All society is conformed by individuals that are united to form different groups, associations or companies, with the purpose of to reach common objectives through shared visions, these rising organizations require of formal or informal structures to operate and to be successful; for the specific case of the companies, the proprietors and managers need to administer them and a fundamental part of it is to design and to know its organization. The present work, is made in a marketing company , located in the city of Pereira, the company DE MODA S.A. corresponds to the textile sector, the first activity was to observe the present organizational structure, to observe its positions, present functions and after an occupational analysis would document to the positions and the functions to determine the profiles required for each position; secondly proposals are made of improvement and a new organizational structure that allows to flexibility to the present processes and major productivity in the positions. In its race to obtain a stable and safe growth towards the success, the company felt the necessity to realize an analysis of the jobs, that offered the general and specific information of the positions, being diminished the risk of failure in the decision making, thanks to a greater knowledge of the functions of the administrative area of the company, that will allow to evaluate the yield of the employees and to identify the errors caused in the processes along with the responsible person and thus to take the corrective measures opportunely. The methodology used in this study was of descriptive type - analytical, applied to a population of 18 employees of it soothes administrative of DE MODA S.A. those who a census was realized to them to analyze and to know the content and the external conditions of the jobs.
