Formulated the problem; lack of conditions for people with visual impairments to access Web information, its partners will define the overall objective of developing an evaluation methodology for access to information on the Web for people with visual impairments. It begins with a preliminary study that reflects the hypothesis: «Much of the information to the Internet is not accessible because it lacks sensitivity and knowledge of Web designers, as well as lack legislation requiring the design of Web pages available in Colombia». We present the research progress made towards a methodology for evaluating Web accessibility.
