In order to establish the influence of factors in the oxidative stability of stored biodiesel palm, there were placed out experimental tests by the storage of samples of palm biodiesel for four months, using a factorial experimental design with 23 samples with different variables of light, moisture and temperature, they were studied adding an extra level of moisture including light and a temperature of 30 ° C and low level represented by the absence of moisture, light and temperature of 20 ° C. Physical properties such as viscosity, density and chemical stability and acid number and corrosion to the copper foil were evaluated periodically. Additionally calorific assay was determined as related directly to the quality of biodiesel and FTIR analysis to identify the presence of peroxides in the samples. The obtained data were analyzed by the method of statistical analysis ANOVA, which established that the best storage conditions are at a temperature of 30 ° C, without the presence of light and low humidity, ensuring that biofuel stability can be maintained at optimal levels of quality regarding to their physical and chemical properties.
