Bases para la implementación del sistema integrado de gestión apoyado en las normas NTC- ISO 9001:2008 (Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad) y la Norma NTC-ISO 31000:2009 (Gestión de Riesgos) en la Universidad la Gran Colombia seccional Armenia
This research focused on a proposal that will allow La Universidad la Gran Colombia Seccional Armenia to integrate your System Quality Management component of Risk Management, based on the ISO 31000:2009 standard, which is translated and adopted by the ICONTEC as NTC -ISO 31000:2011. In this proposal, the structural bases that allow the UGCA in the medium and long term, to implement its integrated quality management and risk management system , taking as reference one of the processes certified under the standard formulated ISO 9001:2008, as it is, the process COMPUTERS AND SYSTEMS. The ISO standards allow for the case of UGCA, integrated from its main component such as the PDCA cycle, and since the University already has since 2009 with ISO 9001:2008 certification, opens the way to integrate various systems based on these rules management, enabling the Organization to include aspects of the ISO 31000 standard that will give the tone to confront factors and influences, internal and external, which create uncertainty about whether or not the objectives are achieved. With the integration of the systems, the Universidad La Gran Colombia Armenia, not only manages risk, to some degree, but will have three specific aspects that are related, and a number of principles that must be met to continue on the road to the satisfaction of its stakeholders. It must continue achieving its objectives resulting in efficiency, a framework of reference and enabling effective success in risk management, as this should provide the basis and provisions to be introduced at all levels of the organization and the process of risk management which encloses manage risk by applying it to the particular risks of each process.
