The present work had as objective to determine the influence of the methodology of the Based Learning in Problems ABP in the learning of the subject of Commercial Law II in the students of fourth year of the law school of the Free Sectional University Pereira, it was a quantitative study with a design cuasiexperimental with preprueba and posprueba and group control, to the experimental group it is applied a didactic unit on the commercial law using the methodology of AB; the sample conformed it students' of fourth year of law of the commercial subject two group II, the used instrument was a test on the contents of the subject and an interview semiestructurada. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistic and student t which shows that it exists significant differences in the notes obtained between the group control and the experimental group in the posprueba that which I confirm the work hypothesis according to the learning with ABP it is but significant for the students, ratified in the interview where the students expressed the benefits obtained in the learning of the subject from this methodology.
