The following work has been carried out based on the needs of the customer for the rental business enterprise infrastructure CODENSA SA ESP, looking for ways to create a model of care more in line with the satisfaction of these and able to integrate the elements necessary for the provision of a high quality service that strengthens the client relationship - provider. For the formulation of this new model, took several elements of diagnosis and comparison of models applied to the same line of business within the company, identifying the elements that provide greater value to every business and thus apply them, which leads to a restructuring of activities and resources of the department under study, capable of providing the appropriate coefficients to provide an optimal service. In the moment to compiling information from other business models, identifying customer needs in the sector to which it serves and taking into account the objectives of the company, and whether the assistant manager of the department, presents a model for the operation department along with their support areas suitable for providing a quality service that optimizes resources and increases through customer relationship satisfaction and profits of such business, demonstrating the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer requirements.
