The project will address to answer the question: What is the impact of training and development processes in productivity and profitability of the company ABB LTDA.? As companies such as ABB LTDA. open new markets and face increasingly aggressive competitors, it highlights the need for a more competent human resources capable of responding rapidly to dynamic changes imposed by the contemporary world and global , satisfying the needs of internal customers and external expectations and opening innovative production and consumption. That’s why the purpose is to launch a management system that allows human talent, not just the area of human management but also to other managers and heads of areas, a verification of training programs to ensure they are consistent with the objectives of the areas and organizational objectives, through the tools available in the company which include the leading indicators to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. The design of this system aims to become a strategic tool for each manager in achieving the objectives of each area. Besides enabling the empowerment of individual employees of the organization promoting a scenario where the self is one of its features oriented to the achievement of goals.
