This work has an objective of how to execute a diagnostic near to the study of realizing about the organizational actual climate in the powers of environmental science and technologies from the Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira. It made immediately a wake up call inside the Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira, in which required the acknowledgement disposable and experience in the camp to the investigation of industrial engineers that were ready to propose with the results obtained a proposal of a better productivity, competitiveness and innovation of personnel attached to the institution. The study has developed partly due to the reference of studies realized to everything in the educational campus in the years 2005 - 2007. Apart from the last diagnostic, it was found that the manner of obtaining, evaluating results and propose new strategies to help in the strengthening and bettering of the processes that carry out teachers of the respective powers. In the development of the instrument it was counted with tools of analytical investigation and descriptive; using methods for the same like logical, analysis and synthesis and statistical, which were of help to give a diagnostic adequate and better the plans and strategies described before the proposal.
