Stressing that human talent is the only living and dynamic element in the organizations that gives life to others physical or material elements, realizing that people that are part of the organization, stay and participate in the work environment, providing their skills, knowledge, attitudes , behaviors, perceptions and others habilities. The faculty of engineering of the Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira is interested in growth and continuous improvement, aware of its importance to the achievement of corporate goals , for this reason this University make works that produce an impact in the employers and the organization the main objective of this work lies in its incidence and contribution to excellence in education for the training of professionals, specifically in the industrial engineering program, looking for a tool to let the same faculty that ensures continuity and strengthening of a philosophy continuous improvement which has been addressed. With the results obtained, we will build a clear perspective about the identity of the Faculty, allowing the internal integration and external adaptation thus achieving a significant impact on the quality of vocational training.
