This graduation work shows the documentation that is necessary for a future implementation on norm ISO 14001:2015 in SAINT ANDREWS school in Pereira city. Identifying the quality issues that have to do with the organizations and in order to achieve a balance between profitability and an environmental impact reduction, an initial diagnostic was made in order to know the environmental conditions in SAINT ANDREWS school. Talking about environmental stuff and also documental archives, those that are necessary to do a good process tracking, the environmental manage system is going to be documented and has to do directly with the quality manage system that is already implemented in the school. The initial evaluation about environmental aspects and impacts were documented in an identification and evaluation matrix on environmental aspects and impacts, which contains the critics impacts classification that are hold in the organization besides the matrix we used the requirements on ISO 14001:2015 norm to create necessary procedures in the documentation and planning that have to be done to reduce environmental impact. This job has a prevention focus since the investigation made as in the school as in the region, show thay environmental quality is falling down. That is why tickets, procedures, and matrixes were made and included in quality manage system for the necessary tracking. We cannot let outside the legal part, which was an important part in this work for the documentation of the system by creating an legal matrix on environmental aspects and impacts.
