The e-commerce provine an initiative called e-business, which is centered around a series of individual business transactions using the network as a medium of exchange, including business to business and business to consumer transactions. This Software Development Plan is a preliminary version to be included in the proposal prepared in response to the proposed business model. This document provides an overview of the approach proposed development. The project is based on the scrum methodology whose work is the framework for the management and based on an iterative and incremental process commonly used based on agile software development software development environments. The approach proposed development constitutes a scrum configuration process according to the characteristics of the project, selecting the roles of the participants, the activities undertaken and artifacts (deliverables) to be generated. This document is in turn is part of scrum artifacts.
