The present research study on the current work environment at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Humanities of Pereira's Technological University, main objective to generate proposals to intervene positively in the work environment results in future measurements and how to qualify for graduate work the title for Industrial Engineering. For the execution of the research was conducted to measure organizational climate in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Humanities, which had at the time with 65 persons connected between faculty and staff, applying an assessment tool to the total organizational climate employees, consisting of 82 questions and a scale of five response alternatives, it was subject to evaluation an approval by a group of experts. The dimensions analyzed in this study were: Leadership, Teamwork, Relationship, Occupational Health, Motivation, Negotiation and Negotiation and Conflict Management, Empowerment, Change Facilitation, Communication, Information, Corporate Identity, Sense of Belonging and Recognition of the Labor. After obtaining the results, one proceeded to realize the analysis of 13 studied dimensions; we found that the faculty has a favorable working environment with some weaknesses in certain dimensions. According to these results, the proposal was developed to improve the organizational climate found here.
