In developing the Environmental Management proposal for the Scheme-EOT-Zoning of the Municipality of Marseille Risaralda begins with a conceptual foundation phase, contextual and methodolological through which becomes apparent the relationship between various concepts that shelter the development of it and the legislative framework that regulates and guides the environmental work and administrative-territorial, are put in knowledge the broader aspects of the town and is drawn to the methodology for achieving the objectives, as the second academic phase of the project, therefore, the presentation of the results for each one of them, keeping the link with the phase that precedes and synthesis of findings as the final phase to develop.
