Spanish Abstract: A nadie es ajeno el permanente avance y desarrollo al que se enfrenta el sector de las telecomunicaciones, que hace que el derecho deba estar en la capacidad de adaptarse a las necesidades y vicisitudes de esta materia. Ahora bien, Espana ha iniciado esta travesia por “regular lo dificilmente regulable” con la dificultad adicional de compaginar sus politicas, planes, programas y proyectos con el regimen de la Union Europea, obteniendo como resultado de ello la Ley 9.a de 9 de mayo de 2014, General de Telecomunicaciones.English Abstract: The continuous progress and development experienced by the telecommunications sector is not strange to anyone. This is why the law should adapt to the needs and issues pertaining to the sector. Spain has undertaken efforts in order to “regulate difficult regulatory matters”, and to reconciling its policies, plans, programs and projects with those within the European Union regime. These attempts have turned out to be the General Law of Telecommunications of 9 May 2014.
