For the development of this document it was taken into account the analysis of the Social Responsability of Davivienda and Popular Banks, due to they are part of two distinctive economical groups and it showed us two different viewpoints regarding to the activities related to Social Responsability. With this document achieved resolving the existence of the Corporate Social Responsability in the financial system; likewise it was identified the deepest differences between those bank entities for the star-up of the subject. A matter arising from the anaylisis was the worldwide trascendence that Social Resoonsability has had in the globalization processes of the companies. For the approach of that subject, it was made a conceptual and legal framework on the national and international level in order to place the current situation of our country to the whole world and making a target objective of the colombian situation.
